Our health is vital to our lives. We take care of ourselves as best we can, and hopefully, life will be kind. And with all the different products out there related to our health, I wanted to join the mix. Over the past two weeks, I have researched and studied different health templates that could be beneficial to digital users out there. Within this state, I pitched three different product ideas to my classmates on what I could bring to the health world, and hopefully many of you may feel inspired by the ideas.

Artwork Tracker Inspiration

1. Artwork Mental Health Tracker

Art has been a passion of mine for a long time. But I was curious on how to bring art to the health world. And well, art has always been there, through a variety of means. When I looked into art based health trackers, many seemed lackluster. Most trackers on sites like Etsy look the same—calendars, pastel colors, and basic mood trackers. They need a change.

That’s where the Artwork Mental Health Tracker comes in. Imagine a monthly template inspired by art therapy, which can be beneficial to people who may struggle with their mental health. Each week is based on a different style of art. People would use custom stickers, colors changers, and even get tutorials on specific art pieces. It’s like turning your mental health into a personal art gallery.

What makes this tracker special is that it’s designed for people who struggle with typical journaling or worksheets. Instead of being another “write down your mood” tool, it lets you be creative while keeping track of how you’re feeling. By connecting mental health to art, this tracker could help people find joy and expression while improving their health.

Not exact but good inspiration for exercise dashboard (especially colors)

2. Craft Exercise Dashboard

Early exercising routines, especially those unfamiliar or new, struggle a lot with finding the right path to take. I tried to find dashboards that felt right for beginners but many like on Dribble felt large and focused more on the process rather than the start of the journey. And many lack feedback that feels motivating to the user. That’s why I came up with the Craft Exercise Dashboard.

This dashboard is built to make exercise both motivating and rewarding. Think of it like a digital board filled with visuals, tips, and positive affirmations. You’d get clear, graphic explanations for each exercise, plus a system that rewards you for completing challenges. On top of that there could be progress tips on proper health methods so you can grow stronger without getting discouraged. By combining design with health, the Craft Exercise Dashboard could turn fitness into a creative project you actually look forward to.

Cute inspiration of the style for Promotional Food Bundle

3. Promotional Food Bundle

Food is one of the biggest parts of health, but it’s also tied to culture and identity. If you’re a small food business, you may struggle finding a template that goes for all audiences. Even when I searched for examples, they either weren’t social media friendly like SlidesGo or too corporate brand styled templates like Envato Market. A change was needed. That’s where the Promotional Food Bundle comes in.

This idea is a package of food promotion templates that businesses can customize for different cultural backgrounds. The bundle would include multiple template styles, a language changer for different regions, and flexible font and color options. The best part is that these templates tell a story about their audiences, their people. They help businesses stand out while celebrating diversity and making health food options available

Feedback and Moving Forward

Once I got all my ideas written down and manageable, I recorded my product ideas and pitched them to my class. I received excellent feedback as a result. The fan favorite was the Artwork Tracker! But the Exercise Dashboard was a close second. Many people thought that:

“The ‘Artwork Mental Health Tracker’ and ‘Craft Exercise Dashboard’ have a lot of potential!”

Others liked the creativity behind both of them but noted that either could be challenging since our time frame for creating them may be limited. However, I don’t think that will stop me. I love a challenge and if my product has the chance to make change, then I would be thrilled. I will be pursuing the Artwork tracker, with the Exercise Dashboard being drafted as a second option. I will begin the process of creating either this week and I am excited to continue sharing my journey with all of you!
